Rodney Stuckey is getting stuck on last year’s record; in fact he’d rather forget it and focus on the upcoming season. After all, you can’t change the past, just focus on playing well this year and “sticking to†an optimistic future for this sometimes struggling team. There are plenty of experienced players to help him win (like Hamilton, Wallace, and Prince), but he’s definitely got the size, strength, and ability to take himself to winning shots. Head coach John Kuester also believes Stuckey will evolve into a talented team leader. He believes in his mental and physical ability, and he knows, although he’s still fairly new, that he and his more experienced teammates can create the energy to take the team to new heights. Stuckey has been working on his jump shot, he’s anxious to play in both guard spots this season, and he’s ready to be aggressive. Whether he’s playing point guard or developing more creative shots on the wing, you can be sure he’ll be doing his best to stick every shot with style.
